We are looking to appoint an experienced and reliable Customer Service Manager / Sales Representative to deal with our existing and potential clients in the Gold Coast area.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, visiting our various clients regularly, performing routine inspections of our cleaning sites, liaising between cleaning teams and venue managers, carrying out sales enquiries and trying to ensure customer satisfaction with our services.
Key duties:
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships
- Liaising between cleaning teams and venue managers
- Visiting existing and potential clients in Gold Coast
- Carrying out routine inspections of our cleaning sites
- Approaching potential clients
Candidate must have:
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Current Working with Children and National Police checks or receipt of application for such checks
- Customer service skills
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work five days a week (weekdays)
- Willingness to spend several hours per day on the road
