About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Installing, splicing, aligning, and maintaining conveyor belt systems
* Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues both on-site and in the workshop
* Carrying out scheduled and preventative maintenance tasks
* Working safely and following all industry and company procedures
* Supporting a team focused on quality workmanship and safe outcomes
Who We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic, safety-first attitude, and mechanical aptitude
* Background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is highly regarded
* A willingness to learn, develop skills, and grow into a long-term career
Required & Advantageous Qualifications
* Manual driver's licence (HR highly regarded)
* High Risk Work Licences such as Forklift, Basic Rigging, and EWP (advantageous)
* Working at Heights and Confined Space certification (advantageous)

Hourly Rates
* $36.23 per hour – base rate / workshop rate
* $39.86 per hour – site rate
* $54.34 per hour – workshop OT
* $59.79/ per hour – site OT
* $79.72 per hour – DT
