Registered Nursing Opportunities - Northern Territory | Aged Care
Annual Salary AU$72,420.40 - AU$104,036.40 + Super – dependent on the grade
Locations include - Tiwi and Darwin. Northern Territory - Metro & Regional Locations. Full time and Part time available. Develop your Nursing career with a leading Aged Care provider. Work for a values driven organisation.
Responsibilities
* You will keep a nurturing eye on each resident's condition, and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life
* Manage care plans that support residents' holistic needs. You will provide respectful, tailored support that empowers their choices and independence
* Ensure safe medication and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes
What You Will Bring To The Role
* A true passion for caring for others to deliver personalised holistic care that supports residents and ensures needs are met
* Strong communication skills
* Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
* Ability to quickly build knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes
* Experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals or community care settings
* Appreciation for accurate reporting and documentation management
* Ability to lead, supervise and delegate tasks to PCA/AINs
