I am currently partnered with one of our local government clients who are seeking an Administrator and for an upcoming ongoing casual assignment, with the potential to expand across additional teams.

In this pivotal role, efficiency will be key; creating schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating logistics. From booking venues to arranging catering, creating meeting agendas and capturing minutes, and even welcoming new recruits with open arms - no two days will be the same!
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- A relevant qualification in business administration, customer service or a related field, or equivalent experience is highly desired. 
- Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service roles, preferably in a local government or public sector environment. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures 
- A positive and professional attitude, with a strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes 
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
