DSM Services Pty Ltd is expanding and looking for experienced civil construction professionals to join our team working on SA Water water & sewer projects, civil extensions, and infrastructure works across metropolitan, northern, and regional South Australia.

Available Roles
Supervisors
Lead site crews, ensure safety & quality.
Coordinate with project management and SA Water stakeholders.
Team Leaders / Leading Hands
Guide small crews, deliver projects safely and on time.
Support Supervisors in daily site operations.
Civil Construction Workers / Labourers
Assist with trenching, backfilling, and general site tasks.
Work safely as part of the civil construction crew.
Pipelayers
Lay water and sewer mains, operate lasers.
Complete connections and backfilling for civil infrastructure projects.
Excavator / Plant Operators
Operate excavators, loaders, rollers, and perform civil earthworks.
Support trenching, lifting, and other site activities.
Truck Drivers (HR/HC/MC)
Transport materials and deliver equipment safely.
Assist crews as required on site.
Requirements
White Card (Construction Induction).
Relevant tickets for plant operators.
SA Water induction & contractor card (or willingness to obtain).
Licences: C-Class (Team Leaders/Pipelayers), HR/HC/MC/VOC'd (Truck Drivers/Operators).
Safe, reliable, team-focused, and experienced in civil construction.
