Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Trade Manager to spearhead trading activities, drive revenue growth, and enhance digital business efficiency.
This role is responsible for developing and executing trading strategies that meet commercial sales targets while maintaining operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ecommerce, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute channel plans to achieve targeted revenue, profit, traffic, and efficiency metrics in the digital business
* Manage the digital trading calendar, ensuring seamless communication with trading teams and stakeholders across the organization
* Analyze product performance data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize merchandising activity
* Collaborate with paid and earned media teams, social, CRM, and content streams to plan marketing messaging and drive full-funnel coverage
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on key activities
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in ecommerce or retail management
* Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Bloomreach, Magento)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing sales budgets and forecasting processes
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop team members
* Sound understanding of e-commerce business functions, including merchandising, content, performance marketing, social media, CRM, and customer logistics
