The Senior Project Manager will have the following:
* Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
* Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company
* High rise project experience is extremely attractive
* Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
* Commercially astute
* Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations

Their latest project is a$150m high rise residential project in Milton and it is this project you will lead from the early works phase through to completion.
