About the role
Arrow Transport Repairs in Larapinta, Queensland, is seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our growing team. What you'll be doing
1. Prepare and prime vehicle surfaces for painting
2. Mix paint colours to match vehicle specifications
3. Apply paint coatings to vehicles using spray painting equipment
4. Ensure a high-quality, flawless finish on all painted surfaces
5. Maintain and clean spray painting equipment
6. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and best practices
7. Collaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
1. Experience as a Spray Painter in the automotive industry, heavy vehicle experience not essential.
2. Strong technical skills in the use of spray painting equipment and materials
3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to achieve a high-quality finish
4. Knowledge of automotive paint types, mixing, and application techniques
5. Commitment to following health and safety procedures
6. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
