As a key member of our team, you will be working in a Supported Independent Living home to support an adult with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing Behaviour Support Plans and approved restrictive practices
* Supporting emotional regulation and daily routines
* Promoting safety, dignity, and choice
* Responding appropriately to risk and changes in presentation
The ideal candidate will have experience in SIL, complex support or behaviour support environments. You will be required to maintain clear professional boundaries, respect individual beliefs, values, and autonomy, and not impose personal views or religion.
