Living Choice Australia Pty Ltd – Parkwood QLD
Operating from a 1:1 display apartment onsite at Parkwood Golf Course, the successful applicant will build and refine a database of potential clients.
Working closely with the Parkwood Golf Club and our South Australian-based marketing team, the applicant will set and operate sales events, functions and sponsorships to create a sales pipeline and referral network.
Nurturing these clients through the construction process and ultimately moving them into their new home will be the journey the applicant will navigate with their clients.
This role reports to the State Sales Manager – QLD.
The position is full-time, five days per week, with some after-hours and weekend work as part of overall success.
Qualifications and Experience
Highly developed and proven organisational, leadership and time-management skills
Exceptional communication, listening and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to demonstrate empathy to effectively relate to retirees from diverse backgrounds
Property sales or leasing experience, including experience interacting with high-net-worth clients
Minimum 1–2 years of property sales or leasing experience required
Proven experience applying the QLD Retirement Villages Act
Sound knowledge and understanding of the Retirement Industry (preferred)
Required registration to sell retirement village leases in QLD (or willingness to obtain)
Sales registration must be obtained within the probation period if not already held
Current and valid Queensland driver's licence
Current nationally coordinated criminal history check (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
Achieve agreed sales targets for new and resale homes
Promote sales by attending shopping centre promotions and sports, charitable and service club events
Maintain positive resident relations and liaison with resident committees
Attend the sales office and manage all enquiries in the CRM
Participate in the handover procedures between construction, village management and new residents

Proven history of providing outstanding customer service in a similar role
Honest and able to quickly build rapport and trust with customers
Confident in representing the needs of clients to Living Choice's internal design, building and operations teams at sales meetings
