Key Technical Consultant Role
We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team in Australia. This individual will be responsible for fostering relationships with customers across the region, understanding their needs, and providing tailored Microsoft 365 solutions.
About the Position
* Develop strong connections with customers and provide expertise on Microsoft products.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and post-sales processes.
Responsibilities
* Deliver presentations to potential clients and support partners in becoming better Microsoft partners.
* Stay up-to-date with Microsoft 365 developments, new features, and best practices.
* Help clients understand product offerings through onboarding and enablement.
* Support product development with expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Leverage experience in building high-impact partnerships in the Microsoft marketplace.
* Build programs to maximise the value of Microsoft within the MSP ecosystem.
* Utilise networks to increase market presence and represent the company at events.
* Drive community engagement, particularly across online platforms.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Technical Pre-sales Consultant, Solution Architect, or Sales Engineer.
* Knowledge/experience in MS Security Suite (Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Intune).
* Understanding of security frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2, NIST, ISO, GDPR, CIS).
* Proven ability to educate, mentor, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills and presentation abilities.
