We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Team Member to join our dynamic team at Mercure Penrith.
This exciting opportunity will see you working as part of a dedicated Front Office and Reservations team, providing exceptional service and guest experiences to our valued customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring all reservations are updated accurately, communicating with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, and promoting the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program to all guests.
You will also be required to work over a 7-day roster and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork across our Reservations, Reception and Food and Beverage teams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience as a Front Office Guest Services Agent is essential, along with proficiency in hotel PM systems and barista skills.
