Job Description
How you’ll make an impact:
We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant - Exercise Physiologist to join our Adelaide team, full-time or part-time.
If you are dedicated to delivering excellent customer care and making a difference, this role is for you. Help clients regain independence and achieve their goals in life and work.
You will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services to support better lives through work and health. Support people to recover and return to work.
Responsibilities
* Undertake assessments: activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
* Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
* Design and execute intervention programs to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
* Identify barriers and create programs to support maximum work participation.
* Understand healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to empower clients.
* Liaise with clients, families, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
* Australian degree in Exercise Physiology and full ESSA Accreditation.
* Willingness to learn and positively impact lives.
* Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in wellness and work journeys.
* High customer service commitment.
* Must have a driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
* Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
