About the Role
* Administrative duties are a vital part of this role.
* Maintaining patient privacy and adhering to Defence Policies, Medical-in-Confidence and Staff-in-Confidence standards is essential.
* Electronic and hard copy health records, databases, and information management systems require accurate maintenance.
* Effective communication with internal and external customers to obtain patient information is necessary.
About You
* A minimum of 12 months of part-time or full-time experience in an administrative capacity is required.
* Clinical support experience, preferably in a medical reception or multi-disciplinary team environment, is beneficial.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-focused environment is crucial.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care to patients is essential.
* Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Security Clearance are mandatory requirements.

Work Environment
The Robertson Health Centre provides primary medical services, including pharmacy, dental, physiotherapy, and mental health services. It operates a 22-bed 24/7 ward.
Standard operating hours are Monday to Friday.
