We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced venue supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures
Train, mentor, and motivate café staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers
Demonstrate expertise in operating and maintaining coffee machines, ensuring the highest quality coffee is served to our customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café or similar hospitality environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in operating and maintaining coffee machines to deliver high-quality coffee
