Independent Nurses Australia (INA) is a nurse‐led, NDIS‐registered organisation dedicated to providing personalised in‐home care across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. With a focus on respect, dignity, and understanding individual needs, INA supports individuals of all ages and abilities, including those with complex health and mental health needs, to live confidently and safely at home. Services include in‐home nursing care, mental health support, daily living assistance, community access, respite care, and more. By matching the right support workers or nurses to participants, INA ensures a tailored approach to care, collaborating closely with support coordinators, plan managers, allied health teams, and hospital discharge planners.
Role Description
You'll be supporting a participant with daily living tasks, community access, and meaningful routines. The role suits someone who enjoys building rapport, working within a stable team, and contributing to a positive, person‐centred environment.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in a relevant support field
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person‐centred care
* Comfortable supporting someone with physical disability (training provided if needed)
* Enjoys gardening and is confident around dogs
* Has reliable transport and the right to work in Australia
