About the role:
- Manage administration of customer service.
- Lodgement of Export permits, EDN's, & PRA's.
- Coordinate with Freight forwarders & Warehousing.
- Receive and respond to customer orders and inquiries promptly.
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with stakeholders.
- Deal directly with international & domestic distributors & customers by telephone and virtually.

- Prior Logistics experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic "can do" attitude.
- Enhanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus emphasising excellence.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively but also independently.
- Robust problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated solid experience in a sales focused Customer Service role.
