Job Description:
The role of the Enrolled Nurse is to provide direct patient-centred care to assigned patients, within the scope of practice and under the direction of a registered nurse. This involves delivering nursing care that meets the individual needs of patients and contributes to achieving planned patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating the effectiveness of care. The Enrolled Nurse will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
