Activity Details (Scope of Work):
The activity includes installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the Cisco Room Kit EQ with Quad Camera, including:
* Mounting of the camera and codec
* HDMI, network, and control cabling
* Integration with display devices
* Setup of the Room Navigator touch controller
* Firmware updates
* Network and VC platform configuration (Webex / Teams / SIP)
* Audio-video testing and camera tracking validation
* Successful end-to-end VC call testing
* Basic user training
* Final system handover after successful commissioning
