Job Overview
We are a small knit team in a busy little bakery. We are seeking a kitchen hand to produce a range of sandwiches and salads, whilst assisting in food preparation. The role will produce consistently high-quality items in our fast-paced setting while maintaining a clean workplace. This position would suit a second job or someone looking for work before school hours.
Responsibilities
* Make and prepare items such as sandwiches, wraps, salads, and dough.
* Tray up items for the day.
* Work in a timely manner.
* Keep the workplace tidy through cleaning tasks.
* Assist with order and stock checks and rotation.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and certificate in Food Health and Safety.
* Kitchen experience.
Job Details
* Job Type: Casual.
* Salary: $30.00-$34.00 per hour.
* Expected hours: 15 per week (Monday to Friday, 5:00am‐8:00am; no weekends).
* Training location: Alkimos store; future work in Clarkson.
* Work authorization: Australian citizen or permanent resident (required).
