About Us
With new mothership charters launching and a huge NT runoff and dry season ahead — we just got busier.
Angler's Choice Fishing Safaris is a long-established premium charter operation based at Dundee Beach, Northern Territory, with 20+ years of local knowledge, custom sportfishing vessels, beachfront accommodation, and exciting new liveaboard mothership adventures.
We are looking for an experienced Fishing Guide to join our professional and supportive team.
About the Role
You'll guide guests across a range of Top End fishing experiences including:
* Barra, reef and light-tackle sport fishing
* Runoff creek and coastal fishing
* Offshore reef trips
* Liveaboard mothership charters
* Beach House-based charter groups
You'll work across our fleet of 7.4 m custom sportfishing vessels and be part of a tight-knit, supportive guiding team.
Part-time or casual relief guide opportunities may also be available.
Essential Requirements
* NT Coxswain licence
* Approved NT Fishing Tour Operator accreditation
* Proven experience guiding barra, reef & sport fishing in NT conditions
* Strong local fishing knowledge
* Mechanical awareness and boat care skills
* Ability to work flexible rosters including liveaboard trips
* Excellent guest service and communication skills
* Positive attitude and team mindset
Highly Regarded
* Master 5 qualification
* MED 2
* Experience operating larger vessels
