Role Summary:
Clinical Specialist
This position plays a pivotal role in providing expert nursing guidance and support to individuals navigating substance use challenges. The clinical specialist will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care, promote recovery, and enhance overall wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist nursing consultation and coordinate treatment plans for individuals struggling with substance use disorders
* Conduct thorough clinical assessments, develop comprehensive care plans, and support the implementation of programs such as the Queensland Opioid Treatment Program
* Foster collaboration among colleagues to refine protocols, promote health literacy, and drive team development
