Are you an experienced property manager or former management rights holder looking for your next opportunity? CASE Property Group is seeking a motivated and professional Property & Building Manager to join our onsite team. We are a small boutique team looking for someone to support our operations.
This is a unique role offering flexible hours and the chance to assist in managing a modern residential complex and a growing number of outside lets in one of the Gold Coast's most desirable locations.
As the onsite Property & Building Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing tenant relations, leasing, inspections, and compliance.
* Coordinating and supervising maintenance, contractors, and service providers.
* Ensuring the building is presented to the highest standard.
* Working closely with the Body Corporate to deliver a safe, well-maintained, and community-focused environment.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in property management, building management, or management rights.
* Possesses a minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience.
* Understands QLD tenancy legislation and Body Corporate operations.
* Is highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing contractors and stakeholders.
* Communicates effectively with owners, tenants, and committees.
* Enjoys variety in their role and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
* Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* Must obtain real estate licence or certification within 12 months if not already held.
* Strong administration and computer literacy.
* Previous experience with trust accounting and property management systems desirable.
* Experience with any major property management software platform is required.
