What you'll be doing
* Manage all aspects of the coffee shop's operations
* Inventory management
* Develop and implement innovative menu offerings, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
* Foster a positive, customer-focused culture and lead a team of baristas and kitchen staff
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as the club's policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the broader management team to align the coffee shop's performance with the club's overall strategic objectives
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting
* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to handle the dynamic nature of a busy coffee shop environment
* Passion for creating and serving high-quality food and beverages, with a deep understanding of coffee culture and trends
* Proficiency in inventory management & cost control
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and management
