As the Team Leader, you will: Lead and manage the team, including performance management, training and development, workflow coordination, succession planning, and fostering high morale and harmony. Develop HR to embed the Business Partner Model, guiding AlburyCity Leaders on workforce matters. Provide senior Industrial Relations advice and manage the application of the Enterprise Agreement and Industrial provisions within AlburyCity. Build strong networks within the AlburyCity Leadership Team to advise and influence strategic Human Resources and Payroll outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of the organisational workforce management strategy (Our People Strategy). You will have: Extensive experience in Human Resources and leadership roles within large, multifaceted organisations. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field are highly desirable. Strong understanding of Local Government employment legislation framework Proven experience in implementing change management strategies. Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, project and budget management skills. High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and HRIS systems. Additional Information Working Rights: A police check and additional assessments may apply. Start Date: Immediate start preferred, but we are willing to negotiate for the right candidate. Location: AlburyCity Administration Building on Kiewa St, Albury, with occasional visits to other sites. Hours: 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm, on a 9-day fortnight.
