Front Office Ambassador
Rydges Newcastle is seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Ambassador to support the hotel's day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities:

* Attend to guest queries proactively.
* Welcome guests and efficiently check them in and out.
* Process daily guest transactions and manage accounts accurately.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure rooms are well-prepared for guests.
* Work rotating shifts across a 7-day roster.



Requirements:

* Previous customer service experience in a hotel environment.
* A logical and common-sense approach to resolving concerns.
* Empathy and ability to anticipate guest needs.
* Proficiency in computer applications; Opera PMS experience is an advantage.
* A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to support team success.
