We are a mixed billing, privately owned Skin Cancer Clinic, due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time receptionist in our Currimundi clinic.

Qualifications & experience
* Customer Service and administrational experience is essential. Previous Medical Reception experience is preferred but not necessary, we are looking for the right fit for our clinic. We expect applicants to be reliable, personable and to think outside the box.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Appointment scheduling and maintenance including new patient registration.
* Ability to manage telephone calls in a professional manner.
* Assist patients with enquires.
* Manage email account.
* Provide support to doctors. Ensure consultation rooms are tidy and fully stocked throughout the day.
* Administrative stock control and general administrative duties e.g. scanning and importing documents.
* Invoice and billing - previous experience and knowledge of Medicare Items numbers, Best Practice and practice billing (Tyro) procedures are highly advantageous.
* Liaising with Hospitals, Specialist Staff and Pathologists
* General tidying of clinic including kitchen. Occasional sterilizing of equipment.
* Marketing work, Practice Management elements. Possible project work as directed by the Practice Manager.
