About Great Ocean Road Health
Great Ocean Road Health serves the communities of Lorne, Apollo Bay, and the Surf Coast, providing high-quality, accessible healthcare close to home. Formed in 2019 through the integration of Lorne Community Hospital and Otway Health, we offer a range of services across our Lorne and Apollo Bay campuses. Our goal is to meet the growing healthcare needs of the community, ensuring sustainable, robust care for the future while maintaining local services and staff levels.
About the Role
The Community Care Worker role is to provide personal care, domestic assistance services and social support to clients in their homes. We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and caring individuals to join the Community Care team.
The position of Community Care Worker requires the following:
* Current or working towards Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* Apply Advanced First Aid
* Excellent communication skills
* Current Drivers Licence.
