Job Description Lead and support payroll operations for a large, complex workforce.
Partner with the Payroll Manager to drive team performance and culture.
Oversee onboarding, training, recruitment, and performance management.
Support major payroll projects including superannuation reviews and system integration.
Champion process improvements to enhance compliance and reduce manual work.
The Successful Applicant Extensive payroll management experience in a large organisation.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC (essential).
Proven leadership skills with team development and performance management.
