Our client, this large well-known organisation on the Gold Coast, are currently seeking an Organisational Change Manager for an initial 18 mth fixed term contract for multiple Business Improvement Projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- The role is to plan, oversee, direct and manage the successful delivery of change project-related functions such as but not limited to: business and stakeholder engagement, assist in developing communication plans, undertaking impact assessments, training programs, whilst ensuring business readiness and capability.

Our client, this large well-known organisation on the Gold Coast, are currently seeking an Organisational Change Manager for an initial 18 mth fixed term contract for multiple Business Improvement Projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- The role is to plan, oversee, direct and manage the successful delivery of change project-related functions such as but not limited to: business and stakeholder engagement, assist in developing communication plans, undertaking impact assessments, training programs, whilst ensuring business readiness and capability.
- The OCM will engage and co-ordinate a network of change champions; who will support the implementation of the project change and communications activities.
- This role requires extensive experience with implementing and working within "cross-agency" organisational change strategies within large organisations. The OCM will work across multiple projects so understanding project schedule and change impact inter-dependencies will be critical to support successful outcomes.
**The successful contractor should be able to**:
- Demonstrated effectiveness in the delivery of communication and engagement activities and outcomes
- Demonstrated high level conceptual and analytical skills in conducting research and evaluation to develop and implement communication and change strategies
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain trusted partnerships with stakeholders across an agency with a focus on effective engagement, advocacy, collaboration and negotiation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to manage work activities according to schedule demands and organise stakeholders using physical and virtual meetings.
- Develop and facilitate delivery of comprehensive and supportive change management strategy, implementation plan and activities that will support and assist with project delivery.
- Work as part of a larger project team under the direction of the Program Manager and in conjunction with other discipline leads.
- Identify interdependencies and work with Program to balance competing demands to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to different organisational cultures and to new ideas.
**Essential Qualifications/Certifications/Skills**
- Change management accreditation (PROSCI, CMBoK etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, training needs analysis and change readiness assessments and to manage related registers and plans.
- Experience within complex businesses.
- Confidence managing Business Improvement change within an enterprise environment
- Work well in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and high-level negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated high-level time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be happy to travel through the state if and when required.
**Highly Desirable Qualifications/Certifications/Skills**
- Knowledge of and experience in Qld Government organisations
- People Transition, Change Management or Benefits Realisation experience.
- Experience in working on prototypes and proof of concept environments
