What we need from you / What our client requires

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Analyst to join our client on a program delivering a complex case management and regulatory platform. The role is based within a large enterprise undergoing significant digital and systems transformation, providing an opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of robust, compliant business solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and business analysts to configure and optimise Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and the Power Platform. This position suits a hands-on functional analyst with strong technical knowledge who can deliver scalable, secure, and well-documented solutions in a structured delivery environment.
Key Requirements
· Configure Dynamics 365 CE including Dataverse, forms, views, dashboards, reports, charts, business rules, BPFs, and SLAs
· Design and implement workflows, automation, and routing rules using Power Automate
· Configure and maintain security roles and field-level security
· Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and custom development
· Support SIT and UAT, validating configurations against functional specifications
· Maintain clear configuration documentation to support audit, governance, and traceability
