What you will do?
6. Develop and lead innovative pastry and dessert concepts aligned with current trends and guest expectations
7. Oversee high‐volume pastry production, ensuring precision, consistency, and quality across all offerings
8. Manage event and non‐event pastry operations across multiple outlets, delivering diverse and elevated dessert experiences
9. Maintain exceptional standards of pastry presentation, craftsmanship, and food safety at scale
10. Support control of food costs, inventory, and budget performance within the pastry department
11. Inspire, mentor, and lead a high‐performing pastry team, fostering creativity, capability, and a strong kitchen culture
More about you
12. A successful track record managing a large‐scale pastry kitchen operation
13. A passion for pastry and creative flair, experience in 'showpiece' will be highly regarded
14. Proven ability in leading, developing, and motivating a large and diverse kitchen team
15. Commercially astute and experienced in delivering positive business outcomes
16. Appropriate culinary qualifications
