**The Opportunity**:
Our
**Federal Government Client** is seeking a
**VC Infrastructure Solutions Administrator **to deliver projects and support for Cisco and Microsoft video conferencing / audio visual solutions
**To Be Eligible**:
- You will need previous experience in VC / AV and in an Infrastructure technical support role
- Our client requires you to be an **Australian Citizen**
**Experience Needed**:
- Demonstrated Cisco solutions (preferred) and related experience as per the following:
- CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
- CUC - Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco IM&P; - Cisco Instant Message and Presence
- Cisco Voice Gateways and Protocols - ISR, ASR, VG's
- UCCX - Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express
- Cisco Webex - Cisco Meetings and Messaging
- Microsoft Teams - Teams Meetings and Messaging
- Endpoints - Cisco Room Kits
- Cisco Infrastructure - Cisco Gateways LAN/WAN, Cisco Switching, Cisco QoS
- In-depth voice troubleshooting - packet captures, RTMT, router debugs
- Carrier trunking - SIP, ISDN, POTS, and PRI/BRI
- Cisco UCS
- VMware Hypervisor
- Knowledge and familiarity with ITIL processes
- Work in alignment to relevant best practice standards and processes
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of diagnostic / monitoring tools
- Experience developing and communicating project and other plans as required
- Ability to develop and maintain relevant technical documentation relating to the environments your role is responsible for
- Ability to identify, plan and implement continual improvements within the supported technical environment
- Ability to establish plans, processes and time-frames for project implementation being both autonomously and as a part of a project team
- Ability to work collaboratively by consulting and sharing
**Responsibilities**:
- **Deliver**:Day-to-day support of Cisco Collaboration infrastructure
- **Manage**:Act as an escalation point for all complex and high priority incidents; design, implement, address, and support complex networks and collaboration systems
- **Advise**:Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide appropriate resolutions and analysis of root cause(s)
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating and communicating with project managers, business units, telecom personnel, network engineers and internal and external vendors
- **Collaboration**:Take a leadership role in building the team knowledge base and contribute to the management and delivery of technical projects and improvements to ICT systems
