Rural Northwest Health (RNH) is seeking an experienced and suitably qualified professional for this exceptional opportunity. Across its three campuses at Warracknabeal, Beulah, and Hopetoun, they provide a comprehensive range of acute, aged, and primary health services to the community in the northern portion of the Yarriambiack Shire. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the executive leadership, operational and clinical management of RNH. Under the direction of the Board, the CEO is responsible for implementing the strategic direction of RNH ensuring that the organisation maintains an excellent reputation, meets statutory regulations and promotes the general health of the population by developing a highly coordinated and accessible service.
To meet the requirements of the role you will be a proven executive in the healthcare sector with a track record of success in the leadership of complex health services and programs, achieving key performance indicators and budget targets. You will also hold relevant tertiary qualifications and have extensive knowledge of current trends affecting public sector health in Victoria and Australia. High level relationship management skills and an excellent understanding of governance and risk management frameworks are essential.
