About the Club
Bayview Golf Club is a well-established private golf club located on Sydney's Northern Beaches, known for its strong membership community and commitment to developing golfers of all ages. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Golf Professional / Pro Shop Assistant to join our team.

The Opportunity
This hands-on role provides experience across all aspects of Pro Shop operations while supporting junior coaching programs. You will work closely with the professional team to deliver a high standard of service to members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service within the Pro Shop
* Assist with daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Support stock control, merchandising and retail sales
* Assist with equipment handling and basic club repairs
* Manage cart allocation and daily cart operations
* Support junior development initiatives and club programs
* Deliver Junior Academy coaching sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 3:30pm–5:30pm)
* Maintain high standards of shop presentation and organisation
About You
* Genuine passion for golf and interest in coaching
* Enjoy working with children and families
* Friendly, reliable and eager to learn
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Available for mornings, afternoons and weekend shifts
* Interest in progressing toward PGA membership (preferred but not essential)
Hours & Remuneration
* Full-time position (38 hours per week).
* Roster includes Tuesday–Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off (Tuesday mornings off).
* Salary approximately $43,000 + superannuation.
