We’re seeking a motivated Supervisor Couple/Duo to join a friendly community supermarket and become part of this uniquely rewarding lifestyle. Commencement Date: 10 December 2025 Minimum 6-month commitment What We Offer Pay & Hours $35.15 per hour (Mon–Fri) $56.20 per hour (weekend penalty rates) One weekend day included in your weekly roster Accommodation $200 per week per apartment / $100 per week each 5-minute walk to work, town pool and shops Just bring your own bedding! Your Role You’ll be involved in a variety of hands-on and supervisory tasks, including: Customer service & checkout operation Supervising junior staff Maintaining store security procedures Store opening/closing duties as required Counting and balancing tills Stocking shelves, unloading deliveries, stock rotation Preparing and pricing displays for the Fruit & Veg department Basic ordering procedures General store cleaning Reporting to the owner and assistant manager What We’re Looking For A friendly, customer-focused couple with great people skills Strong cash-handling abilities Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting Reliable, flexible, and willing to pitch in across different tasks Previous experience in a similar role Able to obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate Good communication and interpersonal skills Driver’s licence required (vehicle optional, but ideal for exploring the Kimberley) Telstra mobile coverage available Why You’ll Love It This is more than just a job—it’s a lifestyle experience.
