Your Roll
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team, driving store performance, and delivering an exceptional customer journey.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets
* Drive a luxury customer experience, building genuine connections with each client
* Oversee daily operations including rostering, stock control, store presentation and visual merchandising
* Ensure compliance with brand and company policies
* Collaborate with Area Managers and Head Office teams to support marketing, training and reporting needs
* Play a hands-on role in assisting customers with frame selection and eyewear styling
* Foster a team culture that’s positive, professional, and up to date with the latest in the optical industry
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Retail management experience is essential
* Optical Experience is preferred but not essential. We provide comprehensive training
* Customer Centric Approach: A passion for customer service and leading by example
* Teamwork minded: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in transactions and product handling
* Visual merchandising and stock management experience
* Flexibility to work across weekends and peak trading periods
