About the Role
We are seeking an HR Shared Services Administrator to join our dynamic team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR administration and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer the HRIS, including adding and updating employee records
* Manage signed contracts and coordinate with payroll
* Handle terminations and assist with relocation bookings
* Coordinate temp-to-perm transitions and arrange medicals
* Request and manage letters of offer
* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* 2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
* Strong customer service skills
* Proficiency in navigating online platforms and HR systems
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks
