**Key Responsibilities**: 
- Operate and monitor equipment used to transmit and receive video signals for live and recorded broadcasts. 
- Perform maintenance and repairs on broadcasting equipment, including radio and television transmitters. 
- Set up and operate cameras, adjusting angles and controls to follow the action during recordings or performances. 
- Install and manage lighting setups for stage and screen productions, ensuring proper placement and operation. 
- Construct, repair, and tune musical instruments using specialised tools and craftsmanship techniques. 
- Set up microphones and audio systems and manage sound quality through mixing consoles. 
- Prepare and oversee the use of video editing and recording equipment during productions. 
**Qualifications & Skills**: 
- AQF Certificate III with at least one year of experience, or AQF Certificate IV qualification 
- Hands-on experience with audiovisual and stage production equipment 
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills 
- Detail-oriented, especially in makeup and stage prep 
- Ability to perform under pressure in live event settings 
- Knowledge of safety standards and technical requirements 
- Team-oriented mindset with a creative approach to production challenges 
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year 
Schedule: 
- 8 hour shift 
- Evening shift 
- Monday to Friday 
- Morning shift 
- Weekend availability 
Work Authorisation: 
- Australia (preferred)
