About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the position of Merchandise Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the next period of growth for one of the world's most famous outdoor brands.
As the Merchandise Lead, you will excel in understanding local and global market consumer trends to build profitable and consumer-right assortments for the ANZ market.
Working in partnership with sales, marketing, and direct-to-consumer teams, you will oversee and manage market capacity, range architecture blending both art and science.

Requirements
1. Merchandising Experience: At least 2+ years in merchandising capacity in footwear, apparel, or accessories lead consumer product industry.
2. Industry Knowledge: Astute understanding of the Sports Performance, Running & Fashion markets.
