As Sales Manager, you’ll embed our Find → Buy → Own strategy into daily activity—driving results, inspiring growth, and ensuring customers achieve success across their entire property journey.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coach a team of brokers to hit weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Drive pipeline discipline so no customer is left behind.
- Embed the Find → Buy → Own framework into every sales conversation – from property search to refinancing.
- Run training huddles, call reviews, and 1:1 coaching sessions to sharpen performance.
- Leverage tools like VOXI, Loom, and AI insights to spot opportunities and drive improvement.
- Build a culture of accountability, energy, and customer-first success.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Experienced Sales Manager with a track record of leading brokers, lenders, or phone-based sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of home loan products, property transactions, and financing strategies.
- Proven ability to deliver sales results while driving broader initiatives like cross-sell and lifetime customer value.
- A natural leader who balances discipline with inspiration and knows how to hold teams accountable.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment where strategies evolve quickly.
