About this role
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and broader store teams to achieve sales budgets and key performance metrics across all stores.
* Manage wage costs, financial performance, and shrinkage control while maintaining visual merchandising standards and promotional execution.
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement through regular store visits and operational excellence guidance.
About you
* An adaptable, hands-on leader with experience managing a comparable retail portfolio within Area Management within fashion, apparel, or a transferable big-box retail environment.
* Strong capability leading multi-site teams and a disciplined, structured approach to planning, performance management, and execution.
* Confidence working remotely while remaining highly connected and engaged, with a versatile communication and leadership style suited to diverse teams and customer profiles.
