Key Responsibilities
* Manage and follow up on outstanding premium payments, ensuring timely resolution.
* Maintain accurate payment and customer records, including expiry updates, to guarantee data integrity.
* Work closely with customers to establish and manage payment plans, providing administrative and billing support to direct managers.
* Independently manage allocated lists and tasks, adapting quickly to new systems and technologies.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in accounts receivable is highly regarded, with a strong focus on customer relationships and data management.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.

Contract Details
This is a contract role based in Maroochydore until December 2025, with the possibility of extension into 2026.
