Site Supervisor - Civil Construction Brisbane, QLD About the Role I am seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a QLD based team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will lead site crews and coordinate plant, labour, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives across safety, program, cost, and quality. Our project portfolio includes earthworks, road and highway upgrades, drainage and culverts, water and sewer infrastructure, subdivision development, bridge works, urban infrastructure, and broader civil construction works. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently Manage labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors across multiple work fronts Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality management systems Coordinate civil construction activities including earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, and associated infrastructure Monitor progress against program and budget targets Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively Maintain accurate daily records, reporting, and compliance documentation Liaise effectively with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years' experience supervising civil construction projects Main Roads / TMR experience is essential Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or equivalent) Demonstrated experience delivering road, drainage, utilities, and general civil infrastructure projects Strong leadership and team management capability Sound understanding of WHS, environmental, and quality systems Proven ability to coordinate crews, plant, and subcontractors effectively Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in pipelaying and general civil infrastructure delivery If you are an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in Brisbane with a competitive salary package, we would love to hear from you.
