We are seeking a highly capable and well-presented Client Services Assistant to join our professional accounting firm at Nexia International.
Role Overview
This is an entry-level, full-time role requiring energy and enthusiasm to perform a variety of office-related tasks.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Client service including reception, coordinating room bookings and diary management
* Filing, scanning, binding, laminating
* Processing of ATO Correspondence
* Opening, sorting & distributing incoming mail
* Stationery ordering
* Distribution of paper, milk, fruit & soft drinks
* Preparation of standard correspondence such as reports and invoicing
* Firm collections & banking
* Outgoing mail
* Perform tasks with a positive outlook and identify where additional help can be offered
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* A strong customer service focus and demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent skills with MS Office
* Previous experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded
* Experience in a comparable support/office role desirable
