About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Administration Officer. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our aged care home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with rostering, recruitment, admissions, reception, documentation/record management and compliance across multiple functions
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in administration and rostering (aged care or healthcare desirable), proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases, payroll and rostering systems. Additionally, exceptional communication skills are essential.
