You'll work with finance-ready, strategy-approved clients who have already been qualified by Liviti's finance and advisory teams. Your role is to convert strategy into assets — sourcing, analysing, negotiating, and securing high-quality residential property opportunities that align with each client's long-term wealth plan.
You will collaborate closely with:
* Mortgage brokers
* Finance strategists
* Property research and acquisitions teams
* Developers and off-market suppliers
This is a high-autonomy, high-expectation role for agents who want to operate at the top of the market — not chase listings or convince tyre-kickers.
What You'll Do
* Work with finance-approved and investment-ready clients to deeply understand their objectives, constraints, and timelines
* Translate investment strategy into clear buyer briefs
* Source residential property opportunities across on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels
* Conduct rigorous due diligence, suburb and asset analysis, and comparative assessments
* Lead negotiations and manage the buying process end-to-end — from offer strategy to exchange
* Coordinate seamlessly with finance, legal, and settlement stakeholders
* Deliver a white-glove client experience that drives trust, referrals, and repeat business
* Maintain disciplined CRM records and deal reporting
