Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced retail professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* To drive customer-centric culture through leadership by example, leading the team in achieving operational excellence.
* To conduct development of store staff and harmonize with the business to hit sales targets, profit margins, and productivity goals.
* Showcase expertise in visual merchandising to transform stores into inviting environments that capture attention and create delightful shopping experiences.
* Efficiently oversee daily operations, including stock management up to 20kg, ensuring seamless customer service delivery.
* Diligently track store performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement – communicate findings to peers and senior management.
* Closely collaborate with the Store Manager & Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals to join the organization.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as an Assistant/Store Manager is essential.
* A genuine passion for the retail industry is required.
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient rosters in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & a keen eye for visual merchandising.
