Mental Health Clinician

Access Psych delivers mental health support to address a wide range of mental health issues and concerns through face-to-face and telehealth services. We connect individuals with the support they need, when they need it.

We aim to empower people to live their best life by providing authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in various services including Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Medicare clients.

As a clinician with Access Psych, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues. This position offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with diverse mental health conditions and outcome goals;
* Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, case managers, and employers to assist individuals return to work and re-engage with the community;
* Complete assessments and interventions using clinical skills;
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

To Join Our Team

* AHPRA Registered Psychologist; or
* Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW; or
* Qualified Counsellor – ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership;
* Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation;
* Permanent residency in Australia;
* Passion for improving lives through work and health;
* Interest in working with workers compensation clients.
