A rapidly evolving consumer business is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join its Ventures division, a dedicated growth arm responsible for three distinct, high-growth brands. This portfolio is fast-moving, commercially sharp and performance-led, with each brand operating at a different pace and requiring disciplined execution to drive results.
The Ventures portfolio includes a fast-scaling spirits brand, a profitable international eCommerce business, and a national events brand with strong year-on-year growth. New customer acquisition sits at the centre of growth across all three, and this role exists to bring dedicated performance capability into the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, pace and accountability. You’ll work closely with the Ventures lead, owning performance-led campaigns end-to-end and translating growth objectives into clear, executable activity across paid channels.
You’ll sit at the centre of acquisition planning and execution, working closely with internal creative teams and agency partners to drive efficient, data-led growth. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable being close to the numbers, interrogating performance, and pivoting quickly when required.
What you’ll be doing
Owning new customer acquisition strategy and execution across the Ventures brands, with a strong focus on paid channels, particularly Meta.Managing the performance campaign calendar and translating growth objectives into weekly and monthly execution plans.Briefing internal creative teams and agency partners with clear, performance-driven direction.Managing and challenging paid media agencies across Meta and Google to ensure efficiency and impact.Uploading, executing and optimising paid and social assets in-house where required.Monitoring performance closely, reporting on results, and feeding insights back into creative and media strategy.What you’ll bring
